Bananas Foster

  • 4 ripe medium bananas
  • 1/3 cup of Sun Rain Grow Salted Maple and Almond ghee
  • 2/3 cup packed coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup light rum


  1. Peel bananas and halve crosswise, then lengthwise.
  2. In a large skillet, melt ghee over medium heat. Stir in coconut sugar.
  3. Add bananas and cook and stir for 3 minutes or until heated through.
  4. In a small saucepan, heat rum until it almost simmers. Carefully ignite rum and pour over bananas. Serve immediately over ice cream. Enjoy!
