- 4 ripe medium bananas
- 1/3 cup of Sun Rain Grow Salted Maple and Almond ghee
- 2/3 cup packed coconut sugar
- ¼ cup light rum
- Peel bananas and halve crosswise, then lengthwise.
- In a large skillet, melt ghee over medium heat. Stir in coconut sugar.
- Add bananas and cook and stir for 3 minutes or until heated through.
- In a small saucepan, heat rum until it almost simmers. Carefully ignite rum and pour over bananas. Serve immediately over ice cream. Enjoy!
