Pumpkin Mac ‘N “Cheese” (Dairy Free)

1 tablespoon Sun Rain Grow Smoked Turmeric and Garlic ghee
½ tablespoon minced garlic
½ cup full fat coconut milk
1/3 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup pumpkin purée
2 tablespoons cooking wine or white wine
1 teaspoon brown mustard
¼ cup nutritional yeast
1 box of macaroni noodles
salt and pepper to taste
1.) Sauté garlic in ghee and then add coconut milk and pumpkin purée to skillet on medium heat and stir until well-combined.
2.) Meanwhile, cook pasta until al dente, drain and set aside.
3.) Add all other ingredients to sauce and then add more salt and pepper as needed. Once sauce thickens, add macaroni noodles to skillet and coat pasta with sauce. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
