Snacking Pecans

Prep: 8 Min.               Yield: 1 pound pecans






1 bag of pecan halves
1 tablespoon Sun Rain Grow Salted Maple and Almond Ghee, melted
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
½ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt to sprinkle on top

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2. On a baking pan with parchment paper covering the bottom, spread the pecans out in an even layer.

3. In a small bowl, mix together melted ghee, coconut sugar, and maple syrup and then pour evenly over pecans.

4.Sprinkle pink salt over pecans and bake in oven for 6 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool, and enjoy!
